Visual identity, print advertising and organic social post for a multidisciplinary art exhibition.

Embers' is described as a Multigenerational Art Exhibition on the Black Menopausal Experience curated by Essayist, curator, and cultural worker Alex Jane of Leola Curatorial in collaboration with The Black Girls Guide to Surviving Menopause. Embers seeks to explore and express the menopausal experience through the lens of Blackness and Queerness, illuminating themes of the transformative nature of fire and heat, black ancestral memory, viewing the body as archive matter, owning post-reproductive power, examining desires and rituals while also honoring cycles and bridging generational gaps.
